Upon returning to Malaysia, worked as an Assistant Architect at ADT Architect Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities included :
Designing of 10-storey office building and assisting Project Architect in the contract management & implementation stage.
Then worked at CT Lim Architect in Kuala Lumpur, initially as a Design Architect; Project Architect; and later promoted to Associate. Responsibilities include designing from Schematic up to Contract Implementation phase. Selected jobs involved include:
The International Yangoon Airport Hotel in Myammar, Extension of 3-storey building to existing SMI office building, Medium-cost apartment development consisting of 800-units in Kuala Lumpur, High-cost terrace, semi-detached and bungalow development in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
Later joined Integrated Design Network as Design Director.
In 2001, entered THE FIRM to become the Creative Director.

Proposed disaster recovery center at Batu 3, Shah Alam, Hotel development at Jln B.Bintang KL.
Joined Takenaka [M] Sdn Bhd, KL as Quantity Surveyor.
Later, rejoined KPK Quantity Surveyors [Semenanjung] Sdn Bhd, KL as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
In 1995, joined Pakatan International Md Isahak dan Rakan-Rakan Sdn Bhd, Penang as Chief Quantity Surveyor. Selected jobs undertaken include :-
Proposed club house for Penang Golf Resort, Extension to hospital for General Corporation of 7th Day Adventist, Office development with basement at Seb Perai, 23-storey Holiday Inn extension with basement at Batu Feringghi, Proposed medical centres at Masai, Johor and Kuala Muda, Kedah.
Joined PDC Consultancy Sdn Bhd as Manager of Quantity Surveying Division. Selected jobs undertaken include :-
Proposed menara LHDN for LHDN Penang branch, Mixed development Bayan Mutiara, Mixed development at Batu Kawan Seb Perai, Roads and drains and Transport Facilities to Jeti Batu Musang, Batu Kawan, Seberang Prai.
In 2006, came into A I KONSULT as a Partner and currently running the Penang office.

Then joined Rangkaian Senibina Sdn Bhd. Selected projects involved:-
Proposed 2-storey LKIM complex, Terengganu, Proposed Design & Build Schools at Kemaman and Setiu, Terengganu, Proposed extension to existing Kinrara gold club.
Later worked with Arkitek Alirancipta. Selected projects:-
Proposed smart school at Precinct 18, Putrajaya, Proposed new rehabilitation center [Serenti] at Rawang, Selangor, Proposed low rise apartments at Genting View Resort.
In 2005, made the move to A + I as a Senior Architect and then promoted to Technical Director [Projects]
